Partner with us
Kids Matter works through an effective network of churches, charities and community-driven initiatives that share our vision to reduce the impact of poverty on children.
Why we work in partnership
We have a bold vision to see every child in need raised in a strong family. To impact the lives of more than 4 million children living in poverty, we need your help.
Our community-based parenting programmes need to be local, accessible, relational, and have ongoing follow-up afterwards. Local churches and their community networks (schools, community/children’s centres, health visitors, GPs etc.) are able to reach out and support their local communities, building long-term relationships with parents that overcome barriers including transport and childcare, fear, stigma and distrust.
We also partner with organisations, charities and initiatives that share a vision for reaching parents and carers facing disadvantages where they are. By working together to build strong families, we believe it is possible to see children in need thrive.
How does a partnership work?
We partner with churches and their community networks, training them to run our evidence-informed parenting programmes for parents facing adversity, equipping them with the confidence, community, and competency they need to enable their children to thrive.
