Kids Matter Roles

Kids Matter groups are run typically by two people: 1) a ‘Lead Facilitator’ who is
a) a Christian and b) a parent and c) has some experience of running groups; and 2) a ‘Community Link’ who is based within the local community and is in a position to invite parents to the groups due to being involved with them in some capacity. They don’t need to be a parent or a Christian as long as they are working with a Lead Facilitator who has been trained by Kids Matter. It is possible to be both the Community Link and the Lead Facilitator and then seek another person to help run the group.
